Accounting records

Quotes, sales orders, invoices, payments received, credit notes, bills and purchase orders in one list. Filter, search and export, with totals for outstanding and overdue.

Linked contacts

Customers and vendors from your accounting software are matched to desk customers, store customers and vendors by GSTIN, e-mail, phone or name.

Accounting rules

When a quote is accepted, an invoice is overdue or a payment arrives, create a task, several tasks or a project from a template. Each rule acts once per document.

Collections

See who owes what with an ageing bar. Send payment reminders by e-mail or WhatsApp on a schedule or by hand, record promises to pay and download statements.

Accounting panel

A project, a vendor, a store customer or a desk customer shows its linked documents in an Accounting panel.

Sync health

Every document that came in by webhook, regular catch-up or import is listed, with errors and Retry.

Write-back and Bill time

Optional and off until you switch them on. Bill time makes a draft invoice from billable time that is not invoiced yet.

Connect your software
Sign in to Zoho Books, install the small agent on your Tally PC, or import Marg ERP reports. Choose how many days of history to import.

Check that each accounting contact is matched to the right customer or vendor in TaskSync.

Switch on rules
Suggested rules are added switched off. Turn on the ones you want, so accounting events become tasks.

Chase payments
Set up payment reminders in Collections, send a few by hand, then switch on the schedule.

What is the Accounting hub?+

It is an add-on that reads documents from your accounting software into TaskSync, so you can see them next to your customers, vendors and projects and turn them into work.

Which accounting software does it work with?+

Zoho Books, TallyPrime through a small agent on your Tally PC, and Marg ERP by importing its Excel or CSV reports.

Can I try it for free?+

Yes. Tick the Accounting hub at sign-up and it is part of your 30-day free trial. The Service Desk is included free with it.

What happens when the trial ends?+

The add-on becomes read-only until it is activated with an Enterprise agreement. Records stay visible and incoming accounting data keeps being stored. Payment reminders and writes to your accounting software stop; writes wait and are sent once the add-on is active again.

How much does it cost?+

Does importing history create lots of tasks?+

No. Importing history never fires rules. Rules act only on new events, and each rule makes its work once per document.
