Contracts, SLAs, vendors and penalties for system integrators

System Integrator adds vendors and their portal, customer and vendor contracts with SLAs, penalties and recovery, maintenance plans and an asset register. It works with the Service Desk, so every ticket runs on the right contract.

The Service Desk comes free with it. No card needed for the trial.

Key features

What you get with System Integrator.

Customer contracts

Record who you owe an SLA to, with the SLA policy, contract or PO number, dates, monthly fee, escalation levels and penalty terms. Tickets on a contract get its SLA clocks.

Vendors and vendor contracts

Keep a vendor directory with categories, contracts and the SLA each vendor owes you. Scorecards show their ticket SLA and on-time tasks.

Vendor portal

Vendor people sign in to see only the tickets and tasks passed to them, with their own SLA clocks. Vendor roles decide who can assign engineers or see the ledger.

Penalties and recovery

Breached SLAs are priced by the contract's penalty rules into a ledger: amounts owed to customers and amounts vendors owe you, with monthly caps, waivers and disputes.

Maintenance plans

Schedule regular service visits for a contract, site or asset. TaskSync raises the ticket or task a set number of days before each visit.

Asset register

Every piece of customer equipment by site, with make, model, serial number, warranty end date, maintenance plans and full ticket history.

Project phases

Split a project into phases with gate checklists, deliverables, manager and customer sign-off, a baseline and change requests.

How it works

Up and running in 4 steps.

  1. 1

    Set calendars and policies

Add working-hours calendars and SLA policies with response and resolution targets per priority.

  2. 2

    Add contracts and sites

Create customer contracts with their sites and assets, and vendor contracts with the SLA each vendor owes you.

  3. 3

    Bring vendors in

Invite vendor people to the vendor portal and set routing rules to pass tickets to the right vendor.

  4. 4

    Track SLAs and money

Follow breaches in SLA reports and settle or recover penalties from the ledger, with statements per party and month.

Questions

System Integrator: common questions.

What is System Integrator?+
It is an add-on with vendors and their portal, contracts and SLAs, penalties and recovery, maintenance plans and an asset register. It works together with the Service Desk.
Can I try it for free?+
Yes. Tick System Integrator at sign-up and it is part of your 30-day free trial. The Service Desk is included free with it.
What happens when the trial ends?+
The add-on becomes read-only until it is activated with an Enterprise agreement. Your data stays visible, but changes are paused.
How much does it cost?+
It is an Enterprise add-on, priced by quote together with your plan. See the Pricing page or talk to sales.
Can vendors see our internal notes?+
No. Vendors see public messages, their own updates and messages sent to the vendor. They only see work given to their vendor.
How are penalties worked out?+
When an SLA clock is breached, TaskSync prices the breach with the contract's penalty rules and adds a line to the ledger. Lines are grouped by contract or vendor and month, with the monthly cap applied.
