TaskSync started with a simple frustration: teams losing time to scattered tools, lost updates, and reports that never matched reality. We built one place to fix that.
We had run projects across a spreadsheet, a chat thread and a separate timesheet for years, and the reports at the end of every month never quite matched what had actually happened. The problem was never any one tool. It was that none of them knew about the others.
So we built the version we wanted: tasks, time, discussions and reporting sharing the same projects and the same people, so a status update is something you read rather than something you assemble. It suits teams of any size, and especially those leaving heavier or more expensive tools for something quicker to learn.
