Operations, people and phones
- E-commerce operations hub (add-on): connect a CS-Cart or OpenCart store, or any store through the General API, and turn new orders, returns, low stock and vendor requests into assigned tasks with SLA warnings.
- Geofencing and attendance (off until switched on): work sites, check in and out on site, and an attendance report with CSV and Excel export.
- Leave: a Leave page for requests, approvals and company holidays, yearly allowances with balances, and leave shown on the Calendar.
- Waiting for you: one dashboard card with everything you can approve, and an optional email of it each morning.
- Summary emails: a monthly performance summary on the 1st, if you switch it on.
- Appraisals: a cycle overview showing where every appraisal stands.
- Push notifications on your phone or computer for any TaskSync notification.
- Excel export next to every CSV export.

Performance, service desk and trust
- Performance and appraisals: monthly and yearly figures per person, and appraisal cycles with self-assessment and review.
- Due-date extensions: ask for a later date with a reason, and approve or refuse it.
- Task dependencies: a task can wait for others, shown on the board.
- Service desk (add-on): SLA reports with month-by-month results, asset status, maintenance plans and a knowledge base with a public help centre.
- Cookie consent added — analytics now loads only if you accept it.
- Password requirements are shown as you type, on both sign-up and reset.
- The plan you pick on Pricing is carried into sign-up and confirmed before you start.
