Run store orders, production and after-sales in one place
The E-commerce operations hub brings the orders, customers, products, returns and shipping of your online stores into TaskSync. Store events become tasks, tickets and order-flow stages for your team.
The Service Desk comes free with it. No card needed for the trial.
What you get with E-commerce operations hub.
Orders from every store
See the orders of all your stores in one list with status, stage, shipping and store tags. The order page shows the promised date, expected finish and a stage tracker.
Order flows
Set the stages your orders go through, such as Cutting, QC, Ready to dispatch and Shipped. Each stage can belong to a department, with gates, holds and send-backs.
Work queue and job cards
Every order by stage on a board, list or calendar. Print A4 job cards with a QR code and scan them on the shop floor to move orders on.
Quality check and photo approval
Pass or fail an order with a checklist and photos. Optionally send the customer a secure link to approve the QC photos or ask for changes.
Expected finish and promised date
TaskSync works out when each order should finish from the stage hours, compares it with the date promised to the customer and flags late risk.
Returns, refunds and cases
Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations and warranty claims are cases with their own steps. Refunds are approved and then logged only once confirmed.
Dispatch and delivery issues
A dispatch desk lists every order ready to go, oldest first. Failed deliveries and returns to origin have their own lists, with tracking through Shiprocket or Delhivery.
Store rules and teams
Turn store events such as a new order, a payment failure or a return request into tasks, desk tickets or production tasks, with SLAs and escalation.
Customers and sales insights
One customer record across all stores, with segments and consent. See revenue, average order value, repeat customers, top products and COD against prepaid.
