Pricing questions
Good to know before you choose.
Do you charge per user?+
Yes. The Standard plan is priced per user: $5 per user per month, or $50 per user per year — two months free. Prices are shown in your currency on the Pricing page. Enterprise pricing is agreed with you based on your requirements.
Can I change plans or add users later?+
Yes. Add or remove users at any time; billing adjusts from the next cycle. To move to Enterprise, contact us.
What happens after the free trial?+
After 30 days, choose monthly or annual billing to continue. Nothing is charged during the trial because no card is needed to start.
Do you help us import our data?+
Import and export tools are available on every plan from Settings → Import Data. Enterprise customers get guided migration from our team.
How can we pay, and do you accept UPI?+
Cards are accepted everywhere through Stripe. Indian customers are billed through Razorpay, which additionally supports UPI, net banking and wallets. You can change the payment method on file at any time from Settings → Billing.
Do you provide a GST invoice?+
Yes. Prices are shown exclusive of tax, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment made by an Indian customer. Invoices are available to download from Settings → Billing as soon as a payment succeeds.
Where is our data hosted?+
Hosted on OVHcloud servers in Mumbai, India, with nightly encrypted backups kept off-site. Enterprise customers can ask for hosting that meets their country's requirements, confirmed in writing.
Can we cancel, and do you refund?+
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period, and you keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first annual payment. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out every case in full.
What happens to our data if we cancel?+
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. If you close the account entirely, we keep your data for 90 days so it can be restored if you change your mind, then delete it. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
Who counts as a seat?+
A seat is one person in your team who signs in to TaskSync. Clients, vendors and customers you invite to their own portal are free and do not use a seat. Add or remove seats at any time; billing follows from the next cycle.
Can we try the add-ons during the free trial?+
Yes. Start a 30-day free trial of Standard on its own, or with one, several or all of the add-ons (System Integrator, E-commerce operations hub, Accounting hub, Sales CRM). The Service Desk comes free with any add-on. No card is needed to start.
