Every promise on a clock, and late work goes up the org chart
The SLA centre shows every time target in your company in one place: tasks, approvals and compliance, plus leads, tickets and orders when you use those add-ons. Warnings come before the deadline, and late work climbs to the right manager on its own.
Included in every plan. No card needed for the trial.
What you get with SLA & alerts.
One SLA centre
Tabs for Tasks, Leads, Tickets, Orders & flows, Cases & NDR, Approvals and Compliance. Each shows Running now, At risk, Breached now and Met (30 days), with a 12-week trend.
Escalation up the org chart
Late work goes to the assignee's manager or team lead, then the department head, then owners and admins. It never goes back to the assignee, and it skips people who are suspended or removed.
One business-hours clock
Every SLA counts the same working time: your work week, working hours and company holidays. A policy can also pause while the assignee is on approved leave.
Task SLA policies
Match tasks by priority, task type and project, and set a due-date target or a first-response target in working minutes. The first matching policy applies.
Time limits per workflow stage
Give a workflow column a limit in working hours. Columns such as "On hold" or "Waiting" can pause the clock, and the target moves on by the time held.
Warnings before the breach
Due-soon, overdue and escalation alerts arrive in the app and as push notifications, not only by e-mail. Leads, flow stages and failed deliveries can warn at 50% and 80% of the target.
Approvals on working hours
Approval chains can escalate on company working hours, with a reminder at half time. Approvers on approved leave are replaced by their cover.
Quiet hours and a daily digest
Each person can set quiet hours for push notifications. Managers can get a daily or weekly SLA summary e-mail instead of a stream of alerts.
Company audit log
Owners and admins see sign-ins, settings, member changes, records and exports in one audit log, filtered by person, action and date, with a CSV download.
Up and running in 4 steps.
- 1
Check your hours and holidays
Set the work week, working hours and company holidays once. Every SLA clock uses them.
- 2
Switch on the ladder
In Reports > SLA centre > Settings, tick the areas that should use the standard escalation ladder, and choose how many working hours pass before the next step up.
- 3
Add task SLA policies
Add a policy for urgent client tasks, for example, and set time limits on the workflow columns that matter.
- 4
Review each week
Open the SLA centre, filter by owner or team, and work the late items first. Download the CSV when someone asks for the numbers.
