Key features

What you get with Inventory & Warehouses.

Product master and channel mapping

Products with variants, bundles, barcodes, HSN, GST, MRP and cost. Every listing (Shopify variant, Amazon ASIN, Flipkart listing, Meesho SKU …) is linked to one master SKU, matched by SKU or barcode where it can be.

Warehouses and a stock ledger

Your own warehouses, a 3PL's and marketplace warehouses. On hand, reserved, available, damaged and in transit per SKU, with every receipt, adjustment and transfer in the ledger, and low-stock alerts in the app.

Orders get a warehouse

Each new order is given a warehouse by your rules (channel, full order, nearest by pincode, priority) and its stock is reserved. Short orders show as Needs stock and are reserved as soon as stock arrives.

Pick and pack on a phone

Scan the order or AWB, scan each item with the phone camera or a scanner gun, and capture the marketplace tag where the channel needs one. Wrong items are refused, then parcels are handed to the courier with a handover sheet.

Stock sent to your channels

Available stock, minus a buffer, goes to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal, with stock files for Meesho and Myntra. Start in Dry run, check the preview, then go Live. A nightly check lists differences.

Returns with tag checks and claims

Every return and RTO is scanned in at the warehouse, checked unit by unit with photos and the marketplace tag, then put back into stock or set aside. Claims are prepared with the evidence before the deadline.

Price sync with guard rails

Keep MRP, selling and sale prices in the master and send each channel its price with a factor and rounding. A price above MRP is never sent, and a big drop is held until someone confirms it.

Bulk product editor

Change prices, MRP, brand, category, HSN, GST, weight, status and low-stock levels of many products at once, with a preview, undo for 7 days, saved templates on a schedule and CSV files.

Publish listings

Create products on Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento from the master and update their content later. For Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Meesho and Myntra, export a listing file already filled in.

Warehouse work

To pick, to pack, handed over.

The Fulfilment tab shows each warehouse's orders by status, with the ship-by date of every order. Packers open an order on a phone, scan the items and the marketplace tag, and mark it packed.

How it works

Up and running in 4 steps.

  1. 1

    Build the product master

Import your products, or create them from the catalogue and order lines you already have. TaskSync matches listings by SKU or barcode; map the rest on the Unmapped tab.

  2. 2

    Add warehouses and opening stock

Add each warehouse with the channels it serves and its priority, then load opening stock from a file.

  3. 3

    Switch on allocation and packing

Choose the allocation rules and which channels need a tag at packing. The warehouse works To pick, To pack and Handed over from the Fulfilment tab.

  4. 4

    Send stock, Dry run first

Set each channel to Dry run, check what would be sent, then switch it to Live. Do the same for prices when you want TaskSync to manage them.

Channels

Works with

  • FlipkartStock and prices by API

Questions

Inventory & Warehouses: common questions.

Is Inventory & Warehouses an add-on?+
Yes. It is an Enterprise add-on on top of the E-commerce operations hub, priced by quote. Pick both at sign-up to try them free during the trial.
Will TaskSync change the stock on my channels straight away?+
No. Sending stock is off for every channel until you switch it on. Start with Dry run to see what would be sent; Live needs a preview from the last 24 hours, and a company-wide pause button stops everything.
Which channels can receive stock?+
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2, Amazon India (self-ship offers), Flipkart and Snapdeal by API, and Meesho and Myntra by a file you upload. Stock is never sent through Unicommerce or EasyEcom, CS-Cart, OpenCart or the General API.
We already keep stock in Unicommerce. Can we still use it?+
Yes. Set the stock master to your other system: TaskSync then keeps the product master, mapping, packing and returns, and does not send stock to any channel.
Do packers need a barcode scanner?+
No. Packing works on a phone with its camera. A USB or Bluetooth scanner gun, or typing the code, works too.
What does the marketplace tag check do?+
At packing, the tag on each item (for example Myntra's or a Flipkart fashion tag) is scanned and kept with the order line. When the item comes back, the tag is scanned again and compared, which is the evidence a marketplace claim needs.
