Notifications, and push on your phone
Choose what you hear about by email, in the app and as push, and install TaskSync on your phone.

Choose your notifications
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- For each type — task assigned, new comment, mentioned, leave, and so on — tick Email, In-app and Push.
- Select Save preferences.
Push goes with in-app notifications, so a type needs In-app on to send push. You can also choose a daily or weekly email digest. In-app notifications are under Updates → Notifications.
Install TaskSync on your phone
TaskSync runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen like an app. There is no app-store app yet.
- Android (Chrome): open TaskSync, then choose Install app from your user menu or from the browser's menu.
- iPhone (Safari): open TaskSync, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Turn on push
On the device you want notifications on, open Settings → Notifications and select Turn on under Push notifications on this device, then allow notifications when the browser asks. Use Send a test to check. On iPhone, add TaskSync to the Home Screen first and open it from there.
If push says it is blocked, allow notifications for tasksync.in in your browser's settings and try again.
