Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Meesho and Myntra orders in one list, on their dispatch-by clocks
Marketplace orders come into TaskSync next to the orders from your own website, each marked with its channel. The marketplace's dispatch-by date becomes the order's deadline, buyers are never contacted, and returns arrive with their claim window.

What you get with Marketplaces.
Amazon India
Connected through Amazon's Selling Partner API with an app you create in Seller Central. Changed orders are read every 5 minutes with Amazon's newer Orders API, and TaskSync can confirm self-ship orders with the carrier and tracking number when you allow it.
Flipkart
Connected through the Flipkart Seller API. One order per Flipkart order with a Shipments card, and you can pack, mark ready to dispatch and cancel shipments from TaskSync.
Snapdeal
Connected through the Snapdeal Seller API. Packages and sub-orders under one order; print labels, hand over packages and mark sub-orders out of stock from TaskSync.
Meesho and Myntra by file
Upload the orders and returns files from the seller panel. Columns are matched for you, you see a preview, and the same file twice changes nothing. Amazon and Flipkart files work as a fallback.
Unicommerce and EasyEcom
Run your channels through a multi-channel tool? One connection brings every channel's orders, each with its own channel, for example "Meesho via Unicommerce".
Dispatch-by dates as SLAs
The marketplace's dispatch-by date becomes the order's ship-by date. Late and stale orders, the SLA centre and alerts all follow it.
Marketplace mode: no buyer contact
Buyers belong to the marketplace. TaskSync never reads their names, phones or e-mails, and sends them no messages, rating requests or COD calls. Only city, state and pincode are kept.
Channel filter and split
Filter Orders by channel (Website, Amazon India, Flipkart …), save the view, and see order value by channel on the overview. Orders the marketplace ships itself (FBA, Flipkart Assured) are marked and get no tasks by default.
Returns with their claim window
Marketplace returns and courier returns (RTO) come in as return records. Each can open a return case with a "claim by" date, so a SAFE-T or seller protection claim is not missed.
Up and running in 4 steps.
- 1
Connect each marketplace
Add Amazon India, Flipkart or Snapdeal with the keys from their seller panels, or add Meesho and Myntra as file stores. Using Unicommerce or EasyEcom? Connect that instead.
- 2
Choose how marketplace-shipped orders count
Show orders the marketplace ships itself as marked, hide them, or work them like any other order. Tick whether every return should open a case.
- 3
Work by dispatch-by date
Use the Channel filter and saved views such as "Amazon to dispatch today". Rules, order flows and SLA alerts run on the ship-by date.
- 4
Handle returns and claims
Returns arrive with a claim deadline. With Inventory & Warehouses, they are scanned in, checked against the marketplace tag and put back into stock.
